Integra Homes has been building new homes in the Crown Isle community for many years and continue to build in the desirable neighbourhood of Cambridge Park Estates. This area of the Crown Isle community is particularly popular because of its close proximity to local shopping venues and for its golf course and mountain views.
Their newest home in Cambridge Park Estates faces west, giving new homeowners a front row seat to the spectacular sunsets and mountain views. For outdoor enthusiasts, just outside your door a walking path weaves along the forested area at the back of this home, and throughout the neighbourhood. Bird watchers will love it here as they sight eagles, owls, and many types of other ducks and birds.
This custom-designed Integra home features 1,887 sq. ft. on the main floor and 355 sq. ft. on the upper floor. A spacious and welcoming foyer opens up to the large great room accented by a vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace. From the open dining area, you have access to the outdoor covered patio which you can enjoy twelve months of the year. Your living space is now extended to include a large patio area of 19 feet.
The master bedroom is tucked away at the rear of the home, providing a quiet sanctuary to relax in. A large soaker tub and a separate stand alone tiled shower are part of the spacious ensuite that also includes double sinks and a heated tile floor. Enjoy the backdrop of the forested area at the rear of the property.
Additional highlights include an extra bedroom or study area on the main floor, as well as the four-piece bathroom and large vaulted flex room on the upper level.

Developers and builders at The Ridge in Courtenay have noticed a trend of more and more people are relocating to the Comox Valley from lagrer urban centres. Familes and retirees are moving to enjoy the small-city charm, while still having access to all of the important amenities - including a new hospital, North Island College, a variety of shopping venues and the Comox Valley Airport.
The Comox Valley on Vancouver Island is considered one of the most desirable places in Canada to live due to its close proximity to the ocean and many beaches, its mild climate and limitless year-round recreational options, all of which are available just a short walk, pedal or drive away. The Ridge is located in Courtenay, which is well known for having some of the warmest and most temperate weather in Canada. As a result, the area enjoys warm, dry summers and experiences mild, rainy winters with little to no snow.
Real estate activity has been brisk on Vancouver Island for several months, with the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board reporting that sales of single-family homes increased in November 2020 by 33 per cent over November 2019. Rising home sales are due to a combination of factors, including extremely low interest rates, a lack of inventory and the lifestyle trend of families working and studying from home.
The builders at The Ridge know that people are thinking ahead to next year, and considering the move to a new home, or even a new community for the Christmas season in 2021.
Now is the perfect time to consider building a new custom home at The Ridge. Developers have just released 61 new lots in Phase 3B that are available through their preferred builders. Take a tour of this phase via aerial video and you can see the stunning ocean views from The Ridge.
