Residential development on the Crown Isle property north of Ryan Road is awaiting final approval from the City of Courtenay. Crown Isle is hoping to start road construction and servicing within the next few months and plans to have the 31 lots in Phase One registered and ready for new home construction by late fall.
Crown Isle Real Estate will be broadening their building scheme and are working with the City to possibly allow secondary suites or carriage homes on a select percentage of the lots. The site is located beyond the end of Crown Isle Boulevard between Salal Place and the vacant land that remains for commercial use behind the Nissan dealership.

Crown Isle Homes is pleased to announce that they are now beginning construction on a new show home, located on the corner of Malahat Drive and Crown Isle Drive in Courtenay, within the Crown Isle community.
