Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community in Courtenay on Vancouver Island is progressing with plans for a 31-lot subdivision of new homes along both sides of an extended Crown Isle Boulevard, not far from the Costco store, on the other side of Ryan Road from the existing the Crown Isle Community.
This new community of new homes will be called The Rise and will include 31 lots, some with views of the ocean. New building lots are expected to be priced at $152,000 and new homes will be offered for sale, starting at $ 349,000.
