New Residential Lots Coming to Market in Crown Isle in the Comox Valley

Silverado Land Corp., the developer of the Crown Isle Resort Community in Courtenay, has received final construction drawing approval from the City of Courtenay for the final extension of Crown Isle Drive - Cambridge Park Estates. Site servicing and road work is underway for both Phases V & VI and is expected to be complete in late September / October of 2018, with registration of the 67 lots to follow shortly thereafter. 

To date, 52 of the 67 have been reserved by local builders and future homeowners. Remaining lots range start from $250,000, going up to $385,000 for lots backing on to the 13th or 14th fairway of the Crown Isle Golf Course.
