Along with offering ocean views, the construction of the new Oak Bay Beach Hotel is based on the environmental requirements of Leed Gold. The hotel can’t be certified until it is completed next spring, but the construction process is based around achieving this goal.
Likewise once this new luxury Victoria hotel is operational they are planning to be a part of the Hotel Association of Canada’s Green Key Rating Program, an environmental program for hotels.
