Celebrate the Season at Crown Isle

Crown Isle Holiday WalkThe fourth annual holiday resort walk at Crown Isle is a spectacular celebration of the season with 12 nights to visit Crown Isle to see the thousands of lights, have a visit with Santa and the elves, play games and mini golf, travel down the Christmas Tree Trail and enjoy the music and movies while you sip on some hot chocolate, and munch on the delicious cookies and smores. Celebrating the Christmas Season in the Crown Isle Community

Crown Isle resort walkChristmas is a busy time in the Crown Isle community, with the clubhouse serving as the kicking off point for many festive activities. The 16th Annual Gingerbread Village charity silent auction runs Dec 1-18, with the gala finale on the 18th. Come by and view the incredible gingerbread creations and bid on your favourite.

The very popular, volunteer-run, Christmas Village Walk is back this year, with lights, movies and music, sweet treats, Santa and more! Check the website for dates.

New Real Estate Opportunities in Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community

Real Estate Sales and Construction Active in Crown Isle Community on Vancouver Island

Crown Isle Real EstateThe Comox Valley real estate market continues to be very active according to the June, 2017 report from the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB). And prices continue to rise, with VIREB reporting a 21% increase in prices this year compared to 2016. 

Currently there are 37 listings within the Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community for single family homes, patio homes and condominiums. Twelve of these listings are new homes being built in The Rise, one of Crown Isle’s newest subdivisions.

In addition to this subdivision, Crown Isle also has three more subdivisions in for approval at the City, with construction anticipated to begin later this fall and into the spring of 2108.

Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community Hosts Ducks Unlimited Fins & Skins Weekend July 28 & 29, 2017

Ducks unlimitedThe Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community is proud to host the Annual Comox Valley Ducks Unlimited (CVDU) Golf Tournament at the Crown Isle Golf Course. Join them at their inaugural "Fins & Skins" event, which combines the 18th Annual CVDU Golf Tournament & the first Comox Valley Ducks Unlimited Fishing Derby.

This year's golf tournament will be held on Friday, July 28, 2017 at the beautiful Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community. The fishing derby will be held on July 29.

Marine Harvest is another proud sponsor of the golf tournament and fishing derby. Entrance is only $150 for the golf tournament and $40 per rod for this fishing derby. Net proceeds will benefit Ducks Unlimited Canada's Comox Valley Conservation Programs

More Lots Being Built to Meet High Demand For Comox Valley Real Estate in the Crown Isle Community

More opportunities are on the horizon as one subdivision is being completed and there are plans in the works for additional lots to be built.
