Posted: Nov 05, 2012

Pacific Station NanaimoNew commercial construction is currently taking place at the Pacific Station development in Nanaimo. The new commercial strata units will be available priced between $280,000 and $300,000, and additional leasing opportunities are available.

This live/work development is a modern urban concept. Chris Lundy from Westmark Construction is pleased to bring this vision to the growing city of Nanaimo.

Zoning for the project is “CD5 - Mixed Use” allowing a variety of options for businesses such as: health and wellness; consulting; professional services; doctors offices; and strata offices among many others.

Approximately 50,000 square feet of commercial space is available to pre-purchase now. The pre-purchase option allows businesses to customize their interior space planning needs prior to construction completion.

An additional 50,000 square feet of new residential homes will be available in the next phase of the project. Sales inquiries regarding purchasing the townhouse style units within the live/work development are being welcomed.

In addition to their leading developer/builder role at Pacific Station in Nanaimo, Westmark Construction is an established commercial construction company offering development opportunities, design-build, and professional commercial construction execution.
