The Maples History

Maples Resort has been a popular lakefront vacation rental destination and landmark at Sproat Lake for many years. The Maples Resort is re-developing to build vacation townhomes to be a part of a strata community with seasonal recreational use.

Floor Plans

The Maples Resort is located 13 km northwest of Port Alberni on Highway 4, a quick 30 minute drive from Parksville and Qualicum Beach. Take the Lakeshore Road turnoff from Highway 4 and then continue on to the Maples, by keeping to the right on Lakeshore Road until you pass Winters Road. The Maples Resort is located at 9624 Lakeshore Road.
