About the Location

RiversEdge is located within the City of Courtenay and it is five minutes away from the downtown area. The Comox Airport is a ten minute drive away and Mount Washington Ski Resort is only 20 minutes from your door. Visitors can also drive north from Victoria to Courtenay in approximately 2.5 hours, or from Nanaimo to Courtenay in just over 1 hour.

The Builder

Southwind Homes has been involved in residential construction for over 30 years, building homes all over central Vancouver Island. They have built secluded hideaways, luxury villas and most recently, three planned neighbourhoods in the Comox Valley. Their previous development, Southwind Place in Comox was sold out in record time.

Project Status

Five homes in Phase II are now under construction and these homes are located on the extension of Mitchell Road. There are three lots left in Phase I, which will feature river views; these lots are available to have custom homes built by Southwind Developments. Upcoming phases include a patio home (36 units) development on First Street and a bare land strata development for approximately 27 new lots at the end of Robert Lang Drive.
