New Town House Development in the Comox Valley

Ridgeview - A Vancouver Island Multi-Family Project
A development permit application for Ridgeview, a Vancouver Island real estate project, consisting of 35 multi-family homes located on Muir Road in the Comox Valley, has been approved. There has been an extension granted by Courtenay Council for Phase I of the Vancouver Island project that will include eight town house units, with basements.
Civil work and site preparation are underway in Courtenay. Construction of the Vancouver Island town house development is expected to begin in the next month or two.
