Vancouver Island Real Estate - New Parkside Project in Victoria Opens Soon

Parkside Victoria Resort & Spa is North America's first LEED Platinum resort-hotel, where guests will enjoy the most finely appointed green homes on Vancouver Island.  Parkside consists of 126 one and two bedroom units in two towers joined by a three-story atrium, topped by gardens and a rooftop owner's lounge. These homes come completely furnished with leather furniture and designer decor, and feature LCD TVs and fireplaces. The bathrooms feature heated floors, soaker tubs and oversize showers.
A gourmet restaurant, deli and European inspired spa is located on site as well as a private 20-seat movie theatre, a fitness centre and 25-metre indoor ozonated pool. Parkside Victoria Resort and Spa is located downtown, at 810 Humboldt Street, close to Beacon Hill Park and the Inner Harbour. The units in this project are being marketed by fractional and whole ownership options.
