The second Courtenay golf course lot located at Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community that was up for auction was located at the 15^th hole at 1540 Crown Isle Drive.  This Vancouver Island residential building lot is approximately 9047 sq ft.  The Crown Isle golf course lot sold for $160,000 CDN.
