They will be auctioning two Vancouver Island building lots at Crown Isle Resort  & Golf Community at their main auction centre in Chilliwack on May 19^th with no reserve price to the highest bidder.

Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community is an 18-hole championship golf course and resort community on 831 acres in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island.  The resort is blended with residential homes, custom homes, vacation villas, condominiums and patio homes. 

The highest bidder will leave the auction owning a golf course lot in Crown Isle with an opportunity to build their Vancouver Island home, at what could be the real estate purchase of the year.

The two building lots up for auction on Vancouver Island are located within the Crown Isle Golf Course Community and will be auctioned off separately. The first golf course lot is at (Lot 7) 1540 Crown Isle Drive, alongside the 15^th fairway and covers 9,047 sq ft of land. The second building lot is located in a cul-de-sac and covers 7,777 sq ft at (Lot 41) 1401 Dover Place, also located in Crown Isle.

There will be a live simulcast at Crown Isle’s golf clubhouse to the main auction site, so that Comox Valley residents interested in the Crown Isle building lots may take part in the bidding.  Online bidding is an innovative way of purchasing Vancouver Island real estate.  In order to participate in the online bidding, registration is required and this usually takes place a week prior to the auction.
