At the Canadian Home Builder’s Association CARE Awards Gala on Friday, September 24, 2010, Vancouver Island’s Parkside Victoria Resort & Spa received five awards including the top honour CARE Development Project of the Year!

Victoria’s Parkside (Ocean Place Holdings Ltd.), along with partner Interior Design Group, also took home awards for Best Commercial Project, Best Commercial Interior, Best Project Website and the Award for Outdoor Environmental Achievement.

In 1991, the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of Vancouver Island created the Achievements and Renovations of Excellence (CARE) Awards in order to recognize creative design and craftsmanship while celebrating excellence in the industry. 

The prestigious Canadian awards come six months after Parkside Victoria Resort & Spa was recognized south of the border at the 2010 American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Convention and Exposition Awards Gala in Las Vegas, Nevada, receiving two golds for Resort Architecture and Site Design and Utilization.
