Woodland Creek in Sooke Honoured as Best New Subdivision and Green Builder of the Year

gold care awardWoodland Creek in Sooke was honoured with the 2012 Gold CARE Award as Best New Subdivision on Vancouver Island by the Canadian Home Builders Association. As well, the builders, S.C. Smith Building Co. Ltd. were honoured as the Large Volume Built Green Builder of the Year. The 2012 CARE Awards were presented last week in Victoria.
Woodland Creek, a devlopement by Totangi Properties Ltd, is located in Sooke, near Victoria on the Southern tip of Vancouver Island. New homes, priced from $389,900 feature geothermal heating and cooling.
